Refund policy

All of our products carry a full satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products during the first year following purchase, simply email us at customerservice@bartonwatchbands.com. In your email, please include:

1) Your Name and Order Number
2) Specify either 'Refund' or 'Exchange'
3) Name or description of the product that you are dissatisfied with
4) If exchanging, specify product you would like to receive

For refunds, we will provide return instructions and issue a full refund immediately upon receiving your returned watch band at our warehouse. For exchanges, we will ship your new band out as soon as we hear from you and provide you with tracking information at that time.
