All of our products carry a full satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products during the first year following purchase, simply email us at customerservice@bartonwatchbands.com. In your email, please include:

1) Your Name and Order Number
2) Specify either 'Refund' or 'Exchange'
3) Name or description of the product that you are dissatisfied with
4) If exchanging, specify product you would like to receive

We will provide return instructions and immediately issue a full refund and/or tracking information for your exchange.
